Condition Assessment

One survey of one structure. Capture on site, defect detection and measurement, and a digital twin delivered once.

The same survey on a schedule. Each visit is compared against the last, so you see what is changing and how fast.

Our structural engineers work on your strengthening design, starting from measured damage rather than photographs.

The survey and the deliverables do not change between services. Only the schedule does.

Site capture

One multi-layered scan covering geometry, surface detail and subsurface condition. One visit for a medium structure.

Defect measurement

Every crack, spall and corrosion patch located on a named structural element, with width, area and damage volume.

Digital twin

All survey layers and the BIM model in one coordinate system, viewable together in InfraTwin.

Export

Per-element CSV, the BIM model in OpenUSD, and each raw layer on its own. Open formats, yours to keep.

Condition score

One composite score per structure, computed from the logged defects.
