In short: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we do not sell it.

Who we are

This website is run by CORRSENS, based in Chennai and Hyderabad, India. For anything about your personal data, email admin@corrsens.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, organisation or department, email address, phone number and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your number and what you send. We do not ask for anything else.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to discuss and quote for the work you ask about, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

Form messages are passed to our email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The website is hosted by Vercel, and the fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. These services may process data outside India.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics, it will only load after you accept it in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are discussing or doing the work, and for up to three years after that for our records, unless the law asks us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email admin@corrsens.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
