InfraTWIN · Diagnose
InfraTWIN builds a digital twin of a structure from a single site visit.
We scan with LiDAR, drones and thermal cameras, rebuild the structure in 3D and mark every defect on the model. It works on bridges, buildings, tunnels and heritage sites.

How it works
From site to repair plan, in four steps.

1. Capture
LiDAR, drone photos and thermal images in one visit.
LiDAR records the exact shape, the photos record the surface, and thermal shows moisture and damage under it.

2. Reconstruct
The structure, rebuilt in 3D.
Bridgescan turns the scan into a structural model, split into deck, girders, cross beams, piers and caps, and checks it against the survey.

3. Detect
Cracks and spalls, found and measured.
Our software marks cracks and spalls in the drone photos and places them on the 3D model. An engineer checks every one.
An engineer reviews every defect before it goes into your report.

4. Decide
A condition score for every member, and a repair plan.
Site tests are logged against the member they were taken on. The model exports to MIDAS, ABAQUS or COMSOL for load rating.
